HELP asap!

I just noticed a wierd noise coming from the timing chain. Sounds like its grinding against something. I recorded the noise with my cell and will post later. But can some one give me feed back on this. This is not constant it does it most of the time the car is running though. Please help. I cannot have this car have any down time. I need to fix this as soon as possible!


also i need to know if its ok not even safe but Ok to drive with this and how do i have before my problem gets wrose and wrose till its too late.

how do i check it/fix it. It stopped for now, but im not sure if its going to come back or not tommorow.
