if you have an aftermarket ECU such as a technosquare for a 95 max, can you still do self diagnosis by turning that screw and watching the CEL on the dash blink in "morse code" or whatever it is. (?). or if i bring my car to the nissan dealership or to another mechanic, are their computers gonna be confused about anything or is anything gonna be different? or is it exacltly the same in terms of diagnosing problems?

 

yes, you can check the codes , just like a stock ecu.
