BRAKE LIGHT stuck on!

BRAKE LIGHT stuck on!

Like I said- BRAKE light is stuck on and the brake is definitely disengaged. Last night was the first cold night (not sure if it has anything to do with it).
Anyone else ever encountered this issue?
