Exhaust install..

Okay, my title says Newbie, but I've been here for a while and have done plenty of work on the max.. I have rebuilt and replaced my transmission a few times, mostly from racing. I know quite a bit when it comes to cars..
I have a dilema. I ordered a full exhaust and am custom welding in places to tuck it nicely.. It is lowered 2" all around and I am on city streets all the time(potholes and raised manholes).. I was just wondering if I should bond with the car and do it myself, which in that case I would like to know how hard is it to install the y-pipe, test, and b.. they all fit together, but I want to make sure you don't have to remove the engine support.. I've done it plenty of times, but I don't feel like messing with that right now, and I just can't remember if that has to be pulled over for fitment... Otherwise I can have it all installed at a customers shop for $50-$75. Now, I like working on the car and have access to all I need, but time frames are tight.. What route should I take?

Thanks for the time to look..

Entire exhaust can be removed without removing any objects other than b-pipe crossmember.

i'd do it yourself, working on cars is fun and exhausts arent that hard to do.. its not like youre doing internal work

here's a great tool for people who just want to replace their y-pipe.

very likely the bolt will strip. Plug this baby in and one of those 30 dollar torque gun that plugs into the cigarette lighter and you should be able to remove the bolt. If it's really rusted...you have to cut and drill. I suggest going to ebay and finding an impact wrench with higher torque... something about $100 at 250 lb/ft would be good... unless you have air compressor..ur in luck.
