Advice on pulley!

Hi guys. sometimes i feel like my maxima is giving up on me, but its very good car. its my second one and i really dont want to trade in.

my car is making really bad noise's.
1st when the car is cold belts are spinning pulley, and as far as i've checked belts are fine, but the pulley making noise's. im pretty sure its pulley because 1 i hear it 2 i see it shakes, it dosent spin straight. should i change the pulley or tight it up.
2nd is when i raise up my rpm to 3 thousand and release the gas RPM fall to .4 to .3 and raise back up to .6 like normal i bealive its sparks but i changed sparks like 2 weeks ago.

any ideas or comments to help would be appreciated

thank you.

This post is really REALLY vague.

Do you mean your idler pulley or your crank pulley?

The stumbling idle could also be vacuum leak.
