another tranny problem?? please not again

today was driving mu maxima and noticed some grinding noise.
i tought it might be wheels bearing, so i turned engine off (car was still moving) and noise was gone. Started engine again but shifted to neutral, rev engine couple times and nothing, shifted do 1st than 2ng and noise is back.
Is it my tranny going down??
please say no, i just rebuilt it 3 months ago at dealer ship

Do you notice anything else like say lose of acceleration or stalling?

I wish I would have got a vlsd when I had to replace my trans about 8 months ago.

no car runs fine.

if the noise was gone when you turned off the car but it was still moving might not be your tranny. If the car is still moving but the car is off, parts is the tranny are still spinning.

just a thought. . .
