Parts that make up the upper strut area?

Trying to assemble a list of parts that make up the upper strut mount area, as I'm going to install some tokico hp's on all 4 wheels this coming weekend while trying to ferret out what's up with a 97 GLE as well..

So far for the front I have:

strut mount
strut bearing
noise isolator
dustboot/bump-stop.

Anything else on the upper part? I'd like to go for broke and go with new on the top.

For the back ones I don't have a list... Bolts that hold it in, is there a noise isolator on there too? I know there isn't a bearing, but dustboots/bumpstop however.
