use the cheapest DexIII you can find (walmart super tech for $6/gallon is a good option, or Chevron DexIII from CSK). I'd start with a full 10qt exchange via the cooler line (it is easy to do) and then drain/fill every 15k miles (even easier). see fluids & lubricants stickies for details.
car has about 77k on it i did a drain and fill at about 57k wanna give me an idea on wat i have to do? ....and i know about the tranny section and i did read every post and thread but how did u do the cooler line fluid swap?

you should definately flush. your ATF is now the equivalent of 50k fluid, and dino ATF is only good for about 25k in these cars. see this thread for more info...

I went with Amsoil, but you'll be fine with cheap dino at 1/5 the cost & 15k OCIs.
as for how to flush go check the fluids stickies again. everything you need to know is there. not trying to be a *****, just don't have time to re-type what is already posted.
edit: I guess my one add to the stickies is this - if you're not going to drop the pan and clean the magnets (which is a bit of work) then you should begin your flush by doing a drain/fill (and overfilling by 2 quarts), then pumping those 2 quarts out the cooler line as described in the fluids stickies - add 2 more quarts and repeat until a total of 10-12 quarts has been exchanged (including the 4 that were removed in the initial drain/fill). make sense?
