hey all i found a 99 max 5spd leather se for 3500 and its got 140k on it and is in really good condition do u guys think its worth the cash?

140k is probably about the most I would want on a car that I would buy so that price is not only fair but a pretty good steal. I spent$5k on mine with 100k miles.
