Help on RSB installation.

I just got my rsb not too long ago and i'm going to install it tonight. I have a couple of questions. What kind of grease do i need to put on the bushing (polyurethane) I heard certain kinds are bad for the bushings. also i dont really need a torque wrench right? a regular rachet should work right (if its really neccessary i'll pick one up before i go about the installation)

Use a marine grade grease. I used some blue stuff they had at Autozone that was for wheel bearings to regrease some Poly LCA bushings. I got the tip straight from Energy Suspension. As for the torque specs. I just put it on there damn tight.

I'm guessing you have an ADDCO RSB. VQ Power has a DIY writeup:

I have to agree with Dubbya, marine grade grease. I've read somewhere that the grease that's supplied with Energy Suspension bushings is in fact marine grease.

i got the progress but i'm using those instructions because they have good picture. I spent 15 minutes and then realized i need a 10mm socket...damn metric system. I'll pick one up tomorrow. Do they sell marine grade grease at autozone?

If planning on wrenching on you Max and doing it right, why not just get yourself a set of metric sockets and combination wrenches? Don't waste money on Snap-On unless you're planning on making it a profession. Sears has then on sale often. Of course, you could alsways just rely on pliers and hammers (lol).
