misfire

misfire

im getting a misfie on cylinder one the back left cylinder if your standing in front of the car. the plugs are brand new bosch platinum + 4's could it be anything but the coil pack because their expensive.

Just suck it up and replace all 6 coilpacks. You have a 99 the coils will likely go bad one at a time eventually.
Get ready for crap from people about those plugs.....

Did it start misfiring after you replaced the plugs ? Take the Bosch out, get a refund and buy NGK copper or platinum. I had problems with bosch so I ended up returning them to Strauss and changing to NGK V-Power copper plugs ($12for 6 plugs). A lot of org members had problems with bosch plugs.

Bosch is absolute garbage. Especially in japanese cars. and the +4 just means 3 extra layers of bull%$#t since the spark only choses one of the 4 prongs and is the same as a single prong plug. like he said take out the plugs and get dealer plugs only. you can get them at a discount from pinnacle.
