Is having warped rotors a common problem on 99 maximas?
I drive slowly but am now after 25000 miles of having new rotors turned are having the front brake shutter on braking.

Any common assembly problem that will cause this? something sticking? needing lube?

Any idea what the dealer charges for new discs and pads + labor?
