Starting problem

Okay so every now and then my car wont start. I go in and turn the key and nothing, it doesnt roll over no noise at all. I replaced a 5 month old starter (didnt no it was already new at the time) and got a new ignition switch put in. The batter and alternator also check out fine. I talked to the guy who owned the car before me and he said that it did it to him once and when he wiggled wired underneath the fuse panel by the air box it started. So im trying to get the connections looked at but if its not that than what could it be?? Also, when it wouldnt start today I switched to neutral and it started up right away.

starter relay. on some cars (usually gm's) the ground is simply bad and it does exactly that. find the starter relay, follow the ground wire to the chassis and remove sand and replace. take teh relay itself out and listen for rattling, although the ground is prob it (if its teh starter relay).
