Starting question
Okay so ive been having starting trouble for sometime now. Sometimes when I went to start my car it just wouldnt start.. I put the key it turned in and nothing, no noise at all. I bought a new starter and ignition switch and the problem continued. But the problem is random and it can go a few days before it does it again, or it can do it several times in the same day. So I finally decided to take it to nissan and they checked the starter system and of course it checked out fine because they said if it starts fine it checks out good, and because its random they cant get it to reproduce the problem. However they said they found some film or something on a wire to the battery and they cleaned it off. He said that could have been causing the problem, but I still wasnt charged for anything because it might not have fixed it. So far it hasnt done it but its only been a day so I still dont have an idea if it worked or not. I guess time will tell but I would still like to know if that really could have caused the problem or not. Thanks
