Chrome Trim Removal

Hey guys I got a GXE and the chrome trim around the windows and one the door handles really gets to me, any solution to getting rid of it?

P.S. I will most likely paint the handles but what about the window trim.--

Thanks

door handles if you paint it make sure you do it right or it will flake since u use it all the time as far as the window trim goes they sell something called black out tape it covers the chromea and is a cheap fix to get rid of the chrome window trim without having to get se trim or painting it
