I35 engine swap

I want to drop an I35 motor from an '02 with 60k miles on it. Its only $800 but I was wondering how much I'm looking at for someone to install it and what not. And I'm thinking I'll need a new clutch but not sure. My car is a 99 3.0 with 145k on it right now... thanks
