battery draw

over the last few weeks i have noticed that i something in my vehicle is discharging the battery when my car is parked overnight, I currently have an aftermarket alarm w/ remote start hooked up along with an aftermarket stereo. I disconnected the power lead to the amp from the battery and I still have an issue with the battery going dead. I have already had the battery exchanged. Since the problem exists do you guys think it may be the aftermarket alarm (noticed that the indicator led no longer flashes) or maybe one of the many electric connectors may be at fault? any advise or opinions would be appreciated. thanks

Put an ammeter between the negative terminal and the post, then start pulling fuses and see what fuse brings the draw down to virtually nothing (some draw is normal, for radio and ECM keep-alive). Post that fuse # or where it goes to, and we can diagnose from there.
