Is it possible 9008/h13

im really frustrated with the stock 9004 out put of light, even silverstars dont do anything for it. I kno there is a write up to covert it to 9007. My frined had a Specv his 9008/h13 were so bright. 9004 is 45/55 9007 55/65 but the 9008/h13 is 60/55 kind of weird that low beam puts out more. But anyhow, anybody tried it or looked into it would the bulb fit and would it be possible?

It may be possible but be prepared to buy a 9008/H13 harness then solder that into your stock harness. You would probably need to file down all the nubs in your headlight housing and pray they will fit. Personally I would just invest in some HID's much easier to install and don't use as much power as halogen bulbs. Just remember to re-aim your lights to reduce glare.

or theres always the projector retros. which you left out. but thats a bit more money than i think your looking to spend.

theres always cefiro headlights, both the one piece and two piece use an H4 bulb which is quite a bit better.

while on the topic of getting new headlamps, there is the one piece R34 style lights that use a 9006 and a 9005 iirc

the r34 headligths have the funkiest out put, its good for projector retrofit...
i cant put any projectors or hids in my car , i had an impact(front passenger fender, front bumper, scrapes on both side doors, dented rear qtr panel, and a scuffed up rear bumper), the headlight is pushed in and down, one beam is higher than the other.....

all i juss needed is diff harness and i think ican be happier.....

if my car didnt have dmg i would be doing projectors....
