How can I make my PR CAI fit a VQ30DE-K?

Im getting a DE-K swapped in with internals and wanted to know if I can still use my Place Racing CAI by modding it. Has anyone here done it? Thanks

Dubbya has one with a VQ35 so I don't see a problem.

I know a couple of people have it, but i cant seem to find any pics. I dont have the motor in yet, but I just want to make sure I can put in my CAI so the car doesn't sit there because it needs an intake.

It's an intake, not a turbo setup. You will be able to fit it.

If I can make it work with my VQ35 then Im sure you can make it work with your VQ30dek. You might need the flex (accordian) section from the stock set up.

i saw this long flexible accordian tube thing at autozone for intakes last time i went you can bend it any direction. i think im gonna pick this up for my 00vi set up because right now i've got the accordian piece clamped to a huge clothes dryer rubber piece i got at home depot and they keep coming apart its just...ghetto.

chillian. Just get a second accordian piece. Not the best setup but it works. I'm about to change mine to the 5th gen resonator intake.
