Tire Info Needed

Hey all,
I am getting new tires on my max this thursday, but the last person to get tire on my car didnt get the original size. So i have no idea what to gt. Also, what is the widest possible tire size that will fit on the 15" stock nissan rim.

P205/65R15 is original size, don't know how much bigger you can go though.

I have 215/60/15's on my car. i just got them and put them on in my shop class they are great(fuzion HRi)

Keep in mind though that the 215/60R15 will be slightly smaller around than the 205/65R15. So your speedo will be 1.3% too fast which for example when your speedo reads 60mph you'll actually be traveling 59.2 MPH. Which isn't that bad just don't get too crazy you want to stick under 3%. I ran wider and lower profile tires once and it screwed with my shift points and prematurely wore out my transmission(auto). Atleast that is what I attested it too. For what it's worth I have had really goodluck with Yokohama Tires. I have Advan S.4.'s and love them.

Only on stock rims! We're talking about less than 10mm of sidewall height difference, even with stock rims.
