Why isn't there a stock-sized aftermarket pulley?

Hey guys....ok, I'm probably missing something here, something really simple, something really common-sense. But I'm wondering why the aftermarket pulleys for our engines are only available in smaller, under-drive forms and not stock sized. I would think that you would want to maintain the stock size to keep everything the same, but obviously still be lightweight since its made out of aluminum. Or, maybe such pulleys are available and i'm just wasting forum space...

There is one available, same diameter as stock, just lighter.
