Do most OBD-II scanners have the option of specifically clearing one error code at a time? (ie. If you press the 'erase' button, every diagnostic parameter scan is not re-set.) The reason I ask is cuz the state emissions inspection entitles the ECU to have up to 2 diagnostic parameters read 'not ready' and I have one error code that won't go away without spending like $150.
