Squeal When turning.
So, to park my car at home, I go to the end of the crecent and do a U-turn. When I do this (slowly ofcourse) and I have my wheel cranked all the way I get a squeal (however thats spelt) type noise. I ve had my car lowered for some time, and I have my stock rims on right now. I never had a problem before. The most recent change that I can think that would effect this is I got the under body painted with this tar stuff to help against rust. (they did my wheel wells a bit)
could the tire be rubing and cause this? Its pretty loud... Any other ideas?

mine squeals too. ive heard of some squeals being because of low power steering fluid. i also heard multiple times that its not good to have the wheel fully turned one way or the other due to the amount of stress it causes. so it could be effects of wear and tear.

bingo! low ATF fluid in the power steering resevoir will make a whining noise all of the time. the belt is prob old and needs to be replaced. unfortunately, it is a pain to do.
