A scan tool read "Gear 3 ratio" was out of spec. Any clues why? I noticed a buzzing noise at idle and firmer shifts after installing my Transgo valvebody recalibration, but figured the latter is just part of the shift kit 'improvements.'

When posting a question about a Diagnostic Trouble Code it is helpful to cite the specific four-number Code.

Did the Check Engine Light go on? Did this problem develop immediately after installing the TransGo kit?

Re: More information please

The Check Engine Light didn't turn on and the code wasn't stored after the Transgo install.

All I know is the ODBII scan tool mentioned an error with gear 3 and when leaving the transmission in 'D' with O/D off the car seems to hesitate more so than the '2 & 1' gears.
