Question About Shaving Emblems

Is the only way for shaving embles is the "sawing adesive off with fishing line"? its not that i dont have any creativity the problem is that i dont want to do nothing to scratch my trunk now to damage it and that tomorrow i am taking the car to a body shop to install and paint a spoiler and i want to shave them and paint the trunk with it. but since im not sure about painting the trunk i dont want to scratch it. Thanks

I think that if you go slow and don't wear sequin covered gloves or some shyt like that, you'll be just fine. No need to get creative.

If you prefer though, you can use some waxed tooth floss. It's a little slick and you'll break a few strands, but you'll saw the emblems off just the same. Be sure to soften them up first with a hair dryer, for the softer the better they come off.

Heck, I even used a credit card to get the rest of the residue off mine, and I still didn't scratch anything. Go nuts.

/\ hes got it, use some kind of heat to soften everything up, mine were not bad but others I have done just take some time.

+1 on the fishing wire and credit card. i tried dental floss once, but it broke easily. be sure to heat everything up.
