I put an Autometer Air/Fuel ratio guage in my car last night. What I want to know is, where does the guage register most of the time in other peoples car. I read the little paper that comes with the guage and it said it'll go rich under full throttle but I never got it anywhere near the green (rich). It stayed about three bars up in the yellow (stoich) until full throttle, then it would drop the the first yellow and even into the red (lean). Is this normal? Also, the reading changes with electrical demands (ie, headlights, blinkers, etc.) Any info would really help.

I this the right one to use? If so, which color wire did you tie into?
