smelling raw gas after de-k swap?
smelling raw gas after de-k swap?
im not too mechanically inclined so bear with me. I did the de-k swap and some days i would seem to smell gas upon start up its a pretty raw smell. Anyway i know the evap is hooked up corectly as im throwing no codes or anything. I also dont get that great of gas mileage. Usually 315 miles to 17.5 gallons, unless thats normal. I was thinking maybe something with the injectors which is why i may be smelling gas along with a bit of a rough idle, and some misfires here and there. ANy help is appreciated TIA!
Injector O-Rings...Upper ones. Get the upper and lower from Nissan and swap em out.
Also check all your connectors at your Fuel Rail and your Fuel Filter. Might also wanna order a Fuel Senser Unit Gasket. Its a few bucks and it takes less then 10 min to swap out.
