ACT vs Centerforce
#1
I apologize if this is a repeat thread, but I tried to do a search and came up with nothing...
Has anyone ever had both an ACT clutch and a Centerforce clutch installed on their Maxima (at different times of course)? I'm trying to do a comparison between the two...any thoughts on which one is better for an essentially stock 97 SE? I'm not really planning on doing any major mods.
I talked to my mechanic at the dealership (who's surprisingly honest...if anyone ever goes to Passport Nissan in Alexandria, VA, ask for Jeff). He said the only aftermarket clutch he recommends is Centerforce (he's by no means affiliated with them).
I'm assuming the stage 1 clutch is ideal for me, right?
