Greddy

So I have listened to almost all the exhaust compilations on here and vqpower. I was wondering, are all sp2s high pitched and raspy? and what are yalls opinions on the sp1 versus the sp2? thanks.

All the SP's I've heard are a little raspy, nothing bad though.. Chillin is just special.

Cattman kicks *** it has a nice deep tone all the way to redline. When an exhaust shop says damn thats a badass exhaust system you know you got a high quality product.

seriously tho, im happy w/ the sp2... and being from NE the full stainless steel design gets my vote

just get a Cattman and call it a day....yeah, it's expensive, but it's not like you're ever gonna have to replace it. And besides, the B-pipe on the SP2 hangs a little too low for me without some modification. If you're dropping your car or you're already dropped, that will be an issue....but I guess Black Maxima would be more qualified to comment on that than me.

i second that! the Cattman has a nice deep tone and hardly any drone at all. i had the Greddy sp1 and i got tired of the drone it had and the hole i got in the b pipe didnt help at all. So i switch to Cattman and i wouldnt have it any other way.

The only rear advantage with going with cattman is only if you live in state where rust runs wild. I've had two sp1's, and have had 0 problems with them. The tone is not raspy at all, sounds deep and mellow. As far as the b pipe hanging low, the unibody will scrape more often than the b pipe.

Yeah...that's the 02 sensor hole and if you didn't plug it up I can definently see why you thought the sp2 was annoying. But what I can definently NOT see is why you wouldn't plug it in the first place? That's a massive exhaust leak and doesn ot represent the sp2 sound.

Btw the b pipe doesn't hang that low, I am dropped pretty low and never scrape it.

your right it hangs a little low, but not enough to be an issue... i have my car slammed as much as Black Maxima, if not more and i have no once scraped it on anything

I scrape my B-Pipe on EVERY speed bump. If I have people in the car I scrape my resonator on most speed bumps.
