car shaking

i ve had numerous wheel balancing and alignments at pep boys. I m pretty sure the alignment is done correctly because i watched them do it everytime. However, my car still shakes from 70ish and over.

Should i just balance my wheels at a nissan dealer? Anyone else balanced their wheels esle where other than the dealer and have smooth ride?

make sure the rest of your suspension is good. control arms, tie rod ends etc.

honestly, its wheel balancing. anyplace that have employees with half a brain can do it. like 2damizzax said, check the rest of the suspension is good. also check the tired. different tires (or diff speed rating on same tire) will cause the steering wheel to shake.

my tires are relatively new. Suspension dont seem to be damaged or anything. I guess i ll go back to pepboys and rebalance again.

i got the same problem. trust me its not just simple as wheel balancing. if it was, then the problem gets worse as you speed up till you find a equiliberum speed that you don't notice the shake. i personally had 2 brand new sets of rim and all suspension and steering component replace new. i only notice the shaking at aver 70 till 90. i went 130 plus and still no shake or pulling. i say the hell with it. i can't figure it so i just live with it.
