Can the PCV valve cause stalling

Can any one tell me where the pcv valve is located and how hard is it to change out. Also can this cause random stalling and if not what other possible problems could cause this?

just replace it.. its a 3 dollar part.. is located on the rear valve cover right below the throttle body it has a hose leading to it...

Check engine coolant temperature sensor. Solved my random stalling and hard cold starts.
