on the starter, when you turn the key you get nothing at all? If so then 99% sure it would be the starter.

no its not ur alternator because your car does not start off your alternator it starts off your battery.. check all ur ignition wires one is probably just shorted to ground

Your alternator does nothing for start up. The car draws off the battery to start the car

we dont have ignition "wires" in the common sense. we use coil packs so garyrr is incorrect. if you try to give it a jump and it starts, then your alt is most likely shot and is not charging the battery.(unlikely) If a jump wont do it either, then it is most likely your starter as was first stated. (most likely)

but i just dont see it being the starter because that was recently replaced and nothing works (lights, radio, keyless, etc.) so i think its the alternator....

Well i agree. if no lights come on sound like a dead alt didnt charge the battery. try and jum it to be sure, then take off the cables while running. car dies right away.....new alt time.

P.S.: if you let the dead batt sit too long you will need to replace it again (new or not).

I have an issue with my car from time to time where if the shifter isn't properly seated in the 'P' position, it wont start. I have to jiggle it and push it forward and it'll start.

i had a similar issue with my brother's car a couple of months ago where the car wouldn't start and i thought it was the starter or the battery but it was a slot simpler than that. the battery terminal's connector wire was loose and just needed to be tightened up, car ran perfect after that.
