My Signals don't work

My turn signals have not worked ever since I cleaned up the wires behind my deck. I turn down the lever and nothing happens. My hazard lights work and they flash when I lock the doors with the key fob. The signal fuse is good so I know thats not the problem. If anyone has any suggestions let me know this is crazy and I'm not about to use hand signals like a retard.

Check and be sure the wire behind the hazzard button is all the way in.
