installing tokico blues

installing tokico blues

I just got my tokico hp suspension kit today and I'm going to install it soon. Next week probobly.
My question is do i need to buy strut boots?
Do I really need them?

i just used the old ones, but i dont believe you really need them b/c they just keep dust off the struts, you may need the bumpstop though, just what ive been told.

The originals on mine were in bad shape I ended up putting them back on with the Tokicos. If I knew before hand that they were that bad I would've replaced them, but so far I've had no problems. Pesonally if your already removing the struts do the job right and replace them. They actually keep dirt and debre off of the piston rod so they don't get scared up.

it's good to have a good struts boots... check the struts mount and bearing while you're at it...correct me if i'm wrong...

I've never done this before, so I don't know.
And what else do I need to know before I start installing them?
