I was cruising after a day of drinking (steel reserve) back to college and this girl in a white akk passes me at about 80 so i tail her for a bit and see what's up with her...she tries to pull and i just keep tailing her not having a problem keeping up...but she made a nice move swerving into some traffic and the opening closed off for me so i didn't get a chance to keep up...oh well..i love my car's top end..even in fifth gear at about 70 i don't even have to donwshift ot keep up wiht cars cause fifth gear just pulls prety hard...just thought i would share..

I don't know if I believe you spent a "day" drinking the 211. Isn't it physically impossible to drink more than 3 of those in a 24 hour period?? Parts of my body stop functioning after that much.
Thats a good sign that you could keep up in 5th at 80 mph. Shouldn't the gearing of the 4th gear in a 4-speed automatic whoop on a Maxima in 5th gear at that speed? Or is the TL actually a 5-speed auto?
