I have a Tsudo DTM style muffler on my 97 SE. It says back and forth a bit when I go over bumps, dips, etc. I noticed the hangers are hung on the black rubber things. Does anyone else have this problem? Is it a major problem? What can be done to fix it?

It's normal. If your exhaust was hard mounted to the car, it would vibrate a lot. It's supposed to be able to move around.
