Would i30 fenders fit maxima with cerfiro headlights
i need the replaced my fenders soon, and i heard that the i30 fenders fit the maxima and get rid of the gap come with the cerfiro headlight just wanted to know if anyone on the org has done this switch

the fenders on an I30 are totally different than those on a max. They will bolt up easily, but you will not be able to put your maxima bumper on. the hood may work but you will need an I30 bumper. Take a look at some pics and you will see for yourself. I30 bumper runs all of the way to the tire. Maxima bumper meets up with the fender .

fenders and bumper will have to be changed together, you may be able to rig up the hood and grille, but the wheel flare on the i30 is different than a maxima, so itll look funny from the side. just have a shop reshape the fenders and bumper to match the cefiros. cheaper than changing a whole nose.............

According to Sycefiro, I had asked him if it was easy to install the fenders, bumper and hood off an i30.. his response was, " a lot of custom work"... personnaly, I think it should bolt up no problem since both cars are practically identical except for the surface skin...

the only way an i30 nose would look good is if you grafted the front of the fenders onto the maxima fenders, this way the wheel flares are the same and the front bumper lines up with the fenders. lotta work for a very subtle and ofted overlooked mod, otherwise itll just look like you wrecked your car and put a used front on.
bumper, upper retainer, (probably the reinforcement and absorber) hood, fenders. even using aftermarket parts it's not cheap.
if you need to just change your fenders i have 2 aftermarket maxima ones i'd sell you for 100 bucks. depending on what you were planning on spending i could even mod them and your front bumper to make the cefiros flush mounted. i did that on mine

you gotta modify both the fenders and your bumper. it has to be done on the car with the lights to make sure things fit right. took me 2-3 days to do mine
if you do a search there's pics of the fitment of the cefiros and of mine modified
