Front Emblem ?

My 98 didnt come with a Nissan Hamburger Emblem in the front grille and I was going to replace it today, but I was wondering would the newer style nissan hamburger emblem fit into my grille?

thanks for any responses

sorry to be off topic but your maxima looks pretty damn good man, white on black in all the right places. i think the headlights probably set it off.

The sides of the space where the emblem goes on the grill are not very much wider than the emblem itself. Try to get one off a Sentra or something similar. The BIG burger will not fit width-wise.

thanks guys, i really appreciate that. i do hate to be the bearer of bad news though. i got rid of the black on white look for the JDM look. it's in the shop right now and will look more different than this. here are some examples:
stock tails vs red clears

stock front bumper lights vs black chrome w/ night shades; clear black corners to match clear black headlights

and i dont have the black wheels anymore. once again, thanks for the comps guys

Ah yeah, I'm goin with the amber on the front end as well. I was into the black lights (on my car) when I didn't have many other modifications but now that I've got plenty and soon to be plenty under the hood I don't feel as concerned with something "different" on the exterior. Simple and clean ftw.
I just painted my clearance lights amber, I'm about to paint some clear bumpers too match since I couldn't match the stock orange ones.
White looks good with anything though, my ruby pearl..doesn't always.
Still in love with my dtm tails though.
Ill post pics whenim done with the front, if you've seen jsutters clearance lights, that's what I'm goin for.
