IACV gasket....

I cleaned my iacv valve , everything has been fine for the past 2 weeks but now my car is idleing funny, sounds almost like i have cams? .........but the rpms stay at a pritty steady 650ish

When i pop the hood and put my head next to the TB it almost sounds like im getting a noise coming from the area of the iac valve area. I remeber my gasket between the iacv and manifold was pritty beat, should i of changed it??

Or iacv my problem not iac related and I got a new problem??

no cell btw.....
