Dr Mod

Dr Mod

Im getting ready to do the "Drop Resistor Mod" but dont know how to wire the switch.

The switch im using is rated 5A at 125/250VAC
The wire im using is 18AWG... HEAT = 75c or 167

I have labled the picture where the NC, NO, and C prongs are...

Some help PLEASE!!!

NC = normal closed, NO = normal open, C = ?

what is a Dr. mod? is it one of those HP chips from ebay?

I think he is doing the Drop Resistor mod for autos.

The dr has 2 wires going into it, i cut 1 wire, ran the wires to a 2 position, 2 pole switch...

ok, I have no idea about the mod...but u have a pic of a regular microswitch with a roller..

C= common as in the one that opens or closes wrt the other 2 pins.
