front signal light

I'm getting new signal lights but can't decide whether I want to try something new or if I should just stay with the clear corners... if anybody has pics of the blacked out bumper lights, please post pics so I can see how they look on black cars...

Yes guys could you please post a picture if you have it. My bumper lens got busted in accident so i would like to know too. Either go with black corners or stick with clears once again.
Thanks!

Amber corner bulbs to match stock bumper light covers?

I've decided to stick with the stock bumper lights (orange) and now I want to put some ambers in my clear stock corners so that lit up the corners resemble the color of the bumper lenses as closely as possible. Can I just use any 'amber', or is there one that someone has found to be especially good? And is it worth it to go with multi-LED bulbs or something aftermarket or just stick with Walmart bulbs or so? Thanks-

I voted black because I like the look of all dark cars. But it's really personal preference.

you can laugh if you want, but i have APC Xenons. hard to come across now since APC is out of business. hard to tell during the day, but at night it is the closest thing i've found. i have used amber, silverstars, and toucan coated bulbs. (toucan is out of business now too.) good luck bro.

i got some 24LED ambers from superlumination, we'll see how that goes. i'm not too concerned about the fried egg, and i prefer brightness over invisibility, so hopefully this will be good, and a good color match. doing the 9007 conversion + xtravisions and the turn signal to constant rewire as well all at the same time, come next week she will super bright and classy, hopefully without too many burnt fuses and frustration in the process

can someone post a picture of these turned on? and are you talking about the ones with the smoked lenses, or the ones with the black housing? i am curious to see both, it seems like the output from the smoked lenses would be weird, and also that with a black housing that is not reflective you would see just a bulb peeking out rather than a spread of light? i'm just asking because i haven't seen either of these in action.

you can go to autozone and get a set of 1157 silverstars. They look good, only thing is, to me, they have a hint of green in them at a certain angle. Dunno

doing a 9007 conversion w/ xtravision is almost a waste of time bro. just get the 9004 silverstar ultras, they're brighter than normal silverstars. if you want the best, order some 4300k HIDs. just my .02

well i did the 9007 heavier harness so that i can go with overwattage if i want to in the future, it's minimal cost investment. i was going to go with silverstars but i understand they have a high turnover rate. either way it's not that much $. HIDs is a bit involved and costly at this point.

Actually no. 9007 xtravisions vs 9007 silverstars is tough. Silverstars arnt that great at all. I have them and I don't think that they are worth the money. I won't be using them again. Silverstars are whiter but don't give as much lumen during bad weather. Xtravisions or Nighthawks with 9007 are worth it.

Anyways, get regular amber bulbs. $3 a package.

any whiter bulb is bad for inclimate weather. thats why is better to have a yellowish bulb for fogs. lets all get 3000k for headlights and foglights so we can see better in the rain.

id say go with the black clears if you have AE'd (blacked housing) headlights. I will be getting black clears turnsignals and corners soon so the whole front of mine is dark, like my DTM tails.

I have a black car, so I'm wondering what it would look like with a black bumper lights, since I"m conflicted about getting either the black housed R34s or the chromed out R34s
