So did anyone ever figure out a way to fix the ebay bar/evap canister issue? Would it be safe to add spacers under the bar to raise it up?

if ur gonna get teh ebay fstb make sure to get the flat ones cuz i had the round bar before that i got from ebay and it ****ed up my evap canister big time. i wouldnt use spacers tho for ur safety. but u can try at ur own risk

Enervine you can cut off part of the nipple on the EVAP valve and play with the hose and then zip tie it so it doesnt come off..

Afterwards you can bend the valves metal retainer down and over so that the FSTB will be over top of it when your engine moves.

BTW, if your engines moving that far to where you're worried after doing the mod I've mentioned, then get some new mounts (OE or ES) of your choice.

Did these. There's about an inch and a half between the bar and canister now, and the hose isn't squished anymore. I can live with that, and the lack of body roll just kicks azz.

Have fun and be careful..

I'm big into road racing (we get permission) and honestly the FSTB did a decent amount. It's not one of those mods that's gonna send you over the top but it stopped most of my dash creaking and I felt a difference when I was using weight transfer through the curves. Felt a bit more solid when I wrap the wheel.
