Cyl 1 injector gone bad....

Im getting missfire code on cyl 1, swapped the coils and still getting it.
Also put new plugs.

Injector must be bad.
The missfire is really bad when i first start the car, but after it warms if gets better (but not perfect)

Is there any injector cleaner I can run to try to save it?

So far i tried seafoam and it didnt nothing.

Also is it possible to pull out injector 1 with out taking off the intake manifold?
I think not but im askin just in case, i can reach the outer screw but dunno bought the inner , would be tricky.

And if I do have to pull off the intake manifold, should I buy new gaskets?

Seafoam does nothing but pollute the air, kill O2 sensors and foul plugs. Gumout Regane or better yet Redline SI-1 (available at Pepboys). 1 Tank of the Redline will ave you clean as a whistle but will nto fix the injector if there is a physical failure.

k ill try the redline stuff, i dont think the injector is completly shot since it gets better as the cars warms?
hope it works

I ordered an injector from thepartsbin.com , Im gona try to change it without pulling the I.M. off first, i have a few ideas on how toget the hidden screw off. wish me luck

if you can afford the down time, send off your injectors to get pressure tested and fully cleaned.

or buy a cheap set of injectors, have them sent off and fully cleaned/tested. then swap injectors into your car.
