It is time for me to look into some fog lights. I like the look of the factory lights, but I can't seem to find any. The ones I do find, aren't expensive, but d*mn, you can't be serious at that price. Could you give me your opinion?

Maxima Foglights

I would go with the aftermarket foglights. I got an estimate from my local Nissan Dealer, and they were $250 + $190 installation (but everyone has cheaper means of installation). A nice set of aftermarket will run you $120 + installation, but the main point is that these will be much brighter, effective, and you can choose a tint (blue, yellow, amber, etc.). This is reason I would go with the aftermarkets - its not about the money (anyone would spare the $100 for a pair they plan to keep in there). But I would buy aftermarkets because they are very brights and nice. However, the O.E.M.s do look nicer (argueably) and they will have a much nicer switch in the dash. But if you want useage more than looks, go with the aftermarkets. I would get the PIAA because they are world reknown for quality and brightness. Just trying to help.

I got mine from Courtesy for $176. You have to mention some kind of internet discount or something. I installed them myself. I had never done anything to the car before and managed although it did take me longer than it estimated in the instructions.
