Body Kit

I know we have alot of hatter for the Skyline body kits on our Maximas. But I don't think their too bad, and I just bought one at a really good deal. It's a R34. My question is for the guys that got it. The front R34 looks like it wraps over the fenders. Where as the R33 front bumper is flush with the fenders. How have you guys installed the R34 front bumper, did you cut the fenders, or did you just leave it and wrap it over the fenders? And on another note, Do the bumper lights get use in the R34 bumper? Please people don't hate, just looking for help.

The kits being shipped today, and I didn't even notice the fitment on the front bumper, until i was comparing it with the R33, didn't look like the same fit.

Not to side track the thread or anything, but didn't think this was worth making a new thread for, Why doesn't the lip fit on 95/96's? The only major differences I see between 95/96 and 97-99's is that our grills look better :-) They don't have that ugly bar going across the middle

There are two different Stillen versions of the lip. Look and compare the bottom half of the 95-96 to the 97-99 bumper. No chance a 97-99 lip will fit on a 95-96 without some cutting.

To the original poster, lil_jay22 has the R34 kit. Here's his cardomain: http://www.cardomain.com/ride/187991

i hope you didn't buy that r34 kit from ebay... i made a huge mistake by buying the r33 kit from ebay, fitment is HORRIBLE, the kit just sits collecting dust now. it's possible to get it to fit but will take many, many hours.

That has nothing to do with what my question was...how does the R34 front bumper fit? do you cut the fenders, or leave it as is, and have it go over the fender?

the 97 bumper iis overall bigger.. you have to cut the lip to make it fit the sides...

the grill is also bigger on a 97-99
