I am having a problem everytime that my car is between 3k rpm and 4k rpm and I floor it my car will go up on rpms but not on speed and then the rpms will drop and my car will take off. Can it be my fuel lines?

No. It is probably ...
- your transmission (if automatic)
- your clutch (if 5-speed)
