Seized Caliper: Drivers Side Rear

Title says it all... what can I/should I do?

*Update: Had the rear rotors, calipers and pads replaced. The calipers were bad and the drivers rear was clamped onto the rotor so hard that the heat warped the rotor.

i had the same problem on my 96, i rented a brake removal kit from advanced autoparts, broke the tool to get the caliper off and replaced it with a new caliper.

From what I've read and experienced with my own Max, the rear calipers siezing is common. I had to replace both of my rears last fall due to the pistons being siezed. ...about $80 a piece.

My suggestion is to replace both. The other one is going to seize eventually.

Only about $130 after core from Autozone for a set of rear loaded calipers with pads and hardware. Might be your best bet.

Napa reman caliper with pads for $115. If you're bored, call Nissan for a price on one.

Both of my rear calipers are seized also and need to replace them. Is it easy to replace them? what is the procedure of bleeding the brakes? Anyone has write up or can direct me to right direction? I changed front brakes/rotors myself so i am pretty familiar with brakes.
