I read the codes off my ecu and it gave me an 05 03 which is the; Front Right Heated O2 sensor, it also gave me an 01 02 which is the; Mass Air Flow Sensor. I believe it gave me the Mass Air Flow Sensor code b/c I had unplugged my Mass Air Flow Sensor and plugged it back in when fixing my intake. Anyways I have reset the ECU and the engine light has not came back on. Should I wait and see if it comes back on, or should I go ahead and replace the Front Right Heated 02 sensor? Thanks

It's not going to hurt it any by waiting to see if the CEL comes back on. When it does, then go ahead and change the sensor, and reset the ECU again. It is possible that something happened and thew a code for no reason, so no since paying the money out now if you don't need to.

If you have an OBD2 scan tool, or someone that does - you can measure the voltage of the sensor. If its below 700 mv while driving - it is toast.
