They are Mille Miglia Evo5's as stated above. They aren't made anymore but here is a link for a inexpensive set of knockoffs. They come in 17 and 18 inch sizes...

I think they are the correct bolt pattern. When you choose your car in the beginning they were matched to a 03 Max. However the 03 wheels fit onto a 4th gen so I would assume so.
The bolt pattern for the rims on Tirerack are 5 X 114 and I believe that it is the same fitment as our wheels.

They were on sale at tirerack 2 years ago when I got my mms. Everybody had them so I got the mms, I should've got the ev-r's though Shipped to my door on sale they were under $800 w/o tires for 18x8. I had tires from my previous set of rims that cracked when I hit a pothole on the highwya at 70mph, luckily it was a slow leak and the tire didn't go boom.
