Please help!!!

Earlier today I bought and installed a new left front bank O2 sensor. After I got it in is when weird stuff started happening. I noticed that I was idling at about 400 in park. So I turn up the idle with the screw.
I also hear a weird noise coming from my intake. It sounds like a gas leak or something. A loud hiss. I think it is just a vacuum leak so I get out the duct tape and tape everywhere I can think of. No help.
I think Uh oh I must have codes. So I check the codes and I get as follows
11 02 revolution sensor. The thing is I just replaced that a week ago with one that worked.

0303 Front left O2. I just replaced that about 6 hours ago.

0102 MAFS. I unplugged and plugged it back in.

0504 TCM that is the one that makes no sense.

Also the CEL is flashing but only when my foot is on the gas. I have no bucking, hesitation, stalling, or other symptoms. Im not sure what the hell is going on. Sorry for the long post but.........

Please help me out.

Have you checked your coils?
Did you get a Cylinder Misfire code?

That happened to me once. Turned out to be a leaking injector causing some major misfiring and havoc.
